Don’t expect a sugary drink. Try flavors until you find what works for you because the health benefits are totally worth it. Within 1 week I noticed that I was sleeping better, had more energy, and generally felt better. It has helped both me and my Dad with appetite control and a bit of weight loss. I’ve found that the suggested water to packet ratio is too much for me. Even at 32 oz of water, the flavor is too much. I have been using these at half a packet for 32oz. Good energy drinks for cheap.
