Having tried a few protein powders in my time, its hit and miss getting one that both mixes well and tastes good. This fits the bill for both. Very fine powder which mixes with a hand blender in seconds with no gungy residue at the bottom. I’m not normally a chocolate drink lover but this tasted just like my favourite chocolate bar. I got it on offer so very economical but could be a bit expensive at full price. But to be honest, the benefits are worth it.

This powder is great. It mixes very well into water, doesn’t have an artificial tasting flavor, and the calorie to protein ration is good. I use it in shakes with instant coffee and it tastes like a latte. It’s a bit sweet for me, but that’s why I add something bitter to it to reduce the sweetness.

If you’re looking for a high quality protein shake that will give you good results, DEFINITELY get this! If you’re looking for dessert, I suggest you look elsewhere for a healthy treat. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it doesn’t taste great. It’s tolerable but nothing like what the flavor says it is. It mixes good in a blender and is easy on the stomach. I find it doesn’t make too full either. I also feel so much better after working out after drinking this. I prefer to blend mine with milk to make it taste better and it has a medium thickness. If you do use water, make sure it’s chilled in the fridge and throw some ice cubes in there to make it better. I suppose you could use some plant based milks too.
