I am a PT and my youngest son is a college athlete so we both like to have a well-stocked home gym. Our previous dumbbell set was not cutting it for us so we decided to give these a try; I got the 25 pound (each) pair because I use them too – but my son is now wishing for the 55s.
We love:
+ Above all, they make it SO easy to change the weight you are using for each exercise. You don’t have to change plates yourself – the ingenious base adds plates depending on the weight you choose. See my video. You can easily and safely do this with one hand. And once you lift the weight off of the base your weight is securely locked in with no chance of plates falling off.
+ The weight change is not just easy as described above, but it also operates smoothly: you turn the weight til you feel a click and you are locked in. There is no jiggling around to try to get the setting you want. It’s extremely well designed.
+ Solid and well made of cast iron. No extra hooks or anything electronic to break. They should last for decades.
+ Sturdy base for them to live in safely.
+ Obviously space saving as you just need one pair – each dumbbell in this set can be 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 pounds. This is also ultimately cost-saving as you can do so much with one pair.
+ Also time saving as you don’t need to swap out weights or even plates.
+ As a PT I am recommending them to my patients because of everything I stated above but also because there is SUCH flexibility that a patient just has to buy one pair and they can then use max weight for an unaffected arm while they (gradually) increase the weight on the affected arm. All from one pair of dumbbells!
BOTTOM LINE: By far the most well made, versatile, and user-friendly home dumbbells I have used. Son is asking for next size up (55 lbs) for Christmas. 10 stars!

My husband has a higher weight set like this one, but it was always a bit too much for me to toggle around with.
25 lbs. Is plenty of weight for my little noodle arms LOL! I have been weight training for 4 years and combine going to the gym with home workouts. BUT I hate going to the gym so much, that I try to do as much as I possibly can at home.
These weights are so incredibly easy to toggle the weight around which is great because I can sometimes start my set on a 15, 20, or 25, but often can’t complete 10 full reps at the max weight, so I just drop it down quickly.
My one little complaint about this, is that a better design would be if the bases were on wheels so that you could easily keep them under the bed if you have limited space.

Love the eye popping orange color! Adds a little flare of fun to your gym equipment versus everything being in flat boring black. Handles have a perfect grip texture. And they adjust smoothly between weights with a simple “twist ‘n click”. Twist the central orange handle, listen & feel for the click, then you’re locked into the next weight setting and ready to workout!
Traditional weight settings of: 5 – 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 lbs. Very much appreciate that! I’m an old school guy, so I find it weird when my dumbbells are off set at 11 or 22. The traditional numbers just feel better in my mind. Dumbbells themselves are evenly weighted and balanced on both sides. No heavy oils or bad smells. They are literally ready to use straight out of the box.
Only thing to mention is that the dumbbells don’t “roll over” from 25 to 5 lbs again. The adjust up using the one click twist from 5 to 25, but then the handle will stop rotate and you have to twist it the opposite direction to adjust back down to 5 lbs again. Not a huge issue, just a difference I noted from my other pair.
Overall this is a solid set of adjustable dumbbells that’s going to get some good sweaty use in our home gym. Hope they do in your’s too! Enjoy your workout!!

These are very nice weights. They are easy to use and easily adjustable. The stands are very important in this set, as they are the “key” to adjust them. You can’t change the weight without the stands. There are pins, or tabs, that the stands push in to allow the weights to be adjusted. Very easy. I’m very happy with them.

These are a space saver in our apartment, and they’re easy to use and change weights. It’s a very simple turn of the handle that clicks into the next weight.
I love using these for fun YouTube workout videos that involve free weights. There are just so many great exercises you can do with them in a small space. I feel like since I bought these, my workouts are even more effective than what I was doing in a full gym.
I definitely recommend these to anyone looking to work out at home!

I have always wanted to get this type of weight set, but, they were a bit pricier than I wanted to spend and much heavier than I can lift at the moment. But, the Adjustable Dumbbells Set is the coolest thing!
It looks like this company sells two different sets of these: the set I have that is two 25 lb dumbbells and then the other set which is two 50 lb dumbbells.
I like that these will be able to grow with me up until I am capable of the 25 lb. It’s simply a click that is audible and has a sensation to let you know it has gone to the weight that is shown on the front.
The fact that I have 5 different weights and only taking up the space of 2 is huge for me. I don’t have a lot of space in my exercise area.
I am beyond thrilled with this set!
