seems sturdy, glides smooth and very comfortable. BUT, ABSOLUTELY NO RESISTANCE ! Changing the settings doesn’t change any of the resistance. what a waste of time putting it together, only to have to return. No phone number to call for assistance, only an email that comes up as a chinese spam website

I changed my working schedule to work from home, which impacted my weight gain. My doctor told me that it was time to start exercising. It was a little hard for me to go to the gym . So my husband and I decided to have a little gym in our basement. I bought this rowing machine tw weeks ago, and it helped a lot. It was so quiet and comfortable, and it was also easy to assemble and of good quality. This rower has tension control from low 1 to high 16, and you can do it by count or time, which is so nice. I am so glad I bought this instead of the expensive ones. My teenager also loves this rower, and he works on it every day. Since it is quiet, I decided to locate it in the basement.
It’s very simple yet gets the job done. Looks very minimal which I love, not bulky, easy to pull up when I am not using it. It’s not too heavy plus it’s a great value for the money you spend.
