Feels a little uncomfortable when you put your feet through . Little disappointed in it

Would recommend it to everyone. The deilvery was prompt and managed to assemble it in an hour or so. Learnt how to screw the plastic nuts using both the wrenches toegether.

This is better than sirasana as it elongates the spine simultaneously and allows different angles over inversion.

Please do exercise caution when using it. Start slow with a small angle and gradually proceed to complete vertical hanging over maybe 2-3 months.

People having high blood pressure, eye problems and spinal issues should exercise caustion and research online on multiple sites(doctors will always say no to everything haha, so no point asking a doctor)

If you feel irritation or anger through the day after doing this, then you are over doing it. Anuloma viloma before this might be a good thing to do.

This table was easy to assemble, and works pretty well. At 6’3″ and 250lbs, I am a large hunk of human to hang upside down — that said, the foot grips could be a little more comfortable. The crossbar unfortunately hits directly on the back of my pelvis when I am inverted, which is not the most comfortable. Those two minor things excepted, however, I really like this equipment, and would strongly recommend it.

This is a very good product and it is well made. I did have a small problem fitting a bolt thru a hole, had to drill it out the hole to make it a little a larger to get it to slide in. I have used this product daily for the last month and I am very glad that I bought it. My lower back has improved, my joints feel less tight and I do enjoy being upside down and often do it 2 or 3 x’s daily. I would recommend this product and and the use of it for joint and back problems

Instructions are simplistic and the tools provided barely able to get the table together. It was better to use a socket set and wrench. The unit I received had mildew on one of the panels but was easily cleaned using tea tree oil leaving an antiseptic smell. Operating the unit is fairly easy but the belt that keeps the table from going too far needs an extra clamp for help. I used a metal clip from any office supply store. Comfort is not the best, but it is acceptable for my needs. The adjustments for using are easy which is a plus.

10-15 minutes every other day helps out a lot. You should do stretching and exercise as a complement to this item. My back is much better now that I am using this as a follow-up to having a professional work on my back problems and plan on using it on a regular basis to maintain my health. I’d recommend seeing a professional about your back first and if inversion therapy is warranted and it works for you this is a good choice. A percentage of people do not get relief from this, so going to the professional validates the use of it and can pay off in the long run.

I have had back problems for over 25 years, and have gone to chiropractors regularly for most of that time. I am 64 now, and back pain and muscle spasms come and go. Besides countless visits to the chiropractor, I visited message therapists, had acupuncture performed several times, and had a series of treatments by a physical therapist. All seem to have positive, but only temporary results. Several years ago, my chiropractor told me about the Teeter Hang up that he uses daily at his home and highly recommended that I get one. However, as I recall, it cost around $500.00 at the time, and I wasn’t willing to pay that much money on just one recommendation. Then, three months ago I looked it up on Amazon.com to see how much the price had increased since then. To my delight, the price had gone down considerable, and competitors now offered their own version of inversion tables at even lower prices. After reading the reviews on many brands and models, I purchased the Best Fitness BFINVER10.

It is quality built, strong (doesn’t wobble or anything) and reasonably easy to assemble. It took several tries to adjust it properly, but now I just leave it on those settings. I determined that I shouldn’t adjust it to more than about a 45-degree inversion angle, as I felt too much pressure building in my head at higher angles, which resulted in mild headaches. I get almost instant relief from back pain, although I find it is usually just temporary. (However, if I don’t go back to the activity that irritated my back in the first place, then the relief usually lasts all day.) When I disciplined myself to use it daily as the instructions advise, rather than just when I’m in pain, it seems to improve my general back health, and reduced the frequency and severity of my back pain episodes. The table is quite comfortable to lie on, but the ankle lock can be a bit uncomfortable. Keeping my shoes on seems to make it a bit less uncomfortable. (Probably all brands of inversion tables have uncomfortable foot locks, though.) I found that the most difficult treatment steps were to tighten the ankle adjustment when getting on, and loosening it when getting off. (It is almost like having to touch my toes, which I can barely do.) Then I discovered that if I don’t tighten it all the way, I could easily slip my ankles in or out and still be securely locked in place. Now I just hop on (or crawl on when my back is acting up) or step off without having to adjustment anything. Flipping the inversion table and returning it to the upright position is nearly effortless. Although the table can be folded between usages, it is a bit of a hassle, so I suggest you don’t plan on doing it on a regular basis.

Very stable and secure but if you aren’t fully inverted, the bar across the lower back does bother me. Since it hits me just below my waist, my bottom gets kind of caught when it should be sliding. I need to decompress my lower spine so this issue counteracts the desired effect.

  9. sixstring

perhaps like marmite! you will either love it or hate it.
i have had others and sent them back due to the foot ‘holders’ (?)
but this is the best i have found in my searches and i still have it.
at least a few minutes every day that isn’t completely manic!

Very good for the money I paid. It was delivered quick too

What I received was not a “Best Fitness” inversion table, but rather an imitation knock-off. No where on the product or documentation does it say “Best Fitness” like the pictures online describe, but instead they say “inversion table.”

All the metal parts (most of the parts) are rusted, as if the whole box got wet at one point.

The screw/bolt sizes listed in the instruction manual do not match the hardware provided (which is also rusted).

    Returning ASAP.

When I ordered this inversion therapy table my hip was out and I was in lots of pain. I had used inversion tables before and convinced myself to purchase one. I am a 33 year old obese male with scoliosis and this has been the greatest purchase I’ve ever made. I use this table regularly and I no longer suffer from back or hip pain. It does take some getting use to because I’m not in the habit of putting my butt above my head. Even at a slight downward angle this table is effective (made possible with the adjustable safety strap). If you suffer from back or hip pain this is a must have.

The table itself is heavy and sturdy but easily moved. I did break the bottom strap when trying to tighten the straps but that was entirely my fault and no fault of the table. The heavier you are the more you will stretch the canvas material, the straps are used to tighten the canvas back up.

Why are you still reading this??? Buy the thing already!!!
