I found the instructions quite simple to follow. Ideally it would have been easier with 2 people, but I managed to put it together by myself in just over 1 hour. Once it’s assembled, it’s very easy to use. However I do need the handles to get myself into an upright position as the settings for my height don’t do this, even with trying different heights on the bar. I like that I can fold it up and place against a wall if needed. I’ve used it daily since constructing it and I do think my long term back pain is a little easier. It definitely stretches out the whole body and I can feel it stretching in unexpected places, eg across chest and sternum. Overall I love it.

do not like the neck support shoulder supports, they don’t let you stretch your lower back so i took them off ,much better for me with them removed. The frame is not tall enough to where your arms hit the floor and can not fully relax your core to direct the stretch to the lower back. I like the folding up for storage. The foot clamping system hurts the ankle area a bit could be improved, I have an idea for that improvement. That’s about it.

Not as good as Teeter, but does it job. My spine feels much better now. Most important its 3 times cheaper than Teeter. Had some minor mechanical issues, or I would say design errors, nothing major.

during the pandemic its hard to get outside to exercise. i work in the office whole day, it is hard to spare time for stretching.
I found this reverse table is very easy to use. i can jump on it in between my breaks and stretch myself. I can feel my back and neck is stretched, feeling a lot more comfortable. another thing i like about this is this can be folded and it is light to carry. stretching from this inversion table is so much better than try to stretch on my own yoga matt. easier and much more effective.
recommend as a work from home person.

I really like this inversion table and wouldn’t want to be without it. It’s essential for me as laying flat on my back on the floor wasn’t cutting it after many years of that at my chiropractor’s request. It is comfortable once you become accustomed to it, is highly adjustable and sturdy. It helps with muscle stretching, and back tension. I’m walking straighter because of it. It’s attractive and I leave mine up and ready to go. Sturdy and a great value.

Clear instructions for assembly, but much easier for two people to put together. Adjusts for individual height. Straightforward to use. Each use does afford me some temporary relief from back pain. Solid piece of kit.

  7. P. Schmitz

Pretty easy to assemble, even with a sore back. Comes with tools required to assemble but easier with your own metric socket wrench. Bolts are blister packed well labeled step by step. Also, online video available to show how to assemble. Only using it a few days but back is much better already.

Easy assembly, comfortable, it is heavy duty, they didn’t skimp and I like the safety margin the 300 pound limit provides me. Once it was assembled, the markings on the height adjustment bar are very easy to use. I’m at the 5’10” mark and my daughter adjusts it to the 5′ position easily with just supervision keeping an eye on how often and how long she inverts. The cross bar with different positions to increase the negative angle is also easy to use and keeps the experience feeling safe and secure. The handles are well positioned to return to horizontal and resting before returning to the upright position to reduce/prevent lightheadedness. The wide cross body strap I wasn’t expecting, makes sense, but never crossed my mind. The only issue I’ve noticed is mine is set up on a smooth floor and it will slide if I lean on it instead of stepping into the foot holder first. I’ve been recommending it and providing information to friends and family that saw my Facebook post, they’re all surprised when I tell them the price so definitely great value for the cost. Slowly working my way to vertical hanging to really decompress my back, but I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for an inversion table!

I have had back issues for years & have been looking @ Inversion Tables for quite a while, many are really expensive. When I saw this one (on Sale), it was a little different than some of the other brands, but It had a 90 day return policy, so I said What the heck.

Assembly was pretty simple. Took about 30 min.. Set it on position 1 & did 2.5min sessions, once a day for a 1.5 weeks, to get used to being upside down. Then increased to 5 min, once a day for a week, then went to twice a day. My back feels great & my knees even feel better.

A month later, I set it to position 2 & then increased my sessions to 6 min.

I do recommend you have some kind of music while doing your sessions. It makes the session fly by. I wish I would of got an inversion table years ago. I cannot live with out one now.

If you are on the fence about one, you can’t go wrong with trying this one. The Value is excellent & works great.

This is a nice table. It is easy to assemble, is very sturdy, and is easy to use. I use mine daily and also have friends who love it.

  11. Martin I Quigley

Very easy to assemble although when you look at the pictures alone it doesn’t. By reading the instructions and then looking at the diagram I had this assembled and in use within 30 mins. I have problems in my lumbar region and hanging upside down helps.

  12. Martin I Quigley

    Does the job, sturdy.

  13. James Green

I have had several inversion tables over the years due to chronic back and hip pain. Most hold up well until you put them through a couple of household moves then things get loose and never quite tighten up the way they were initially.

This inversion table – is absolutely a durable build. I was pleasantly surprised once I got it assembled and started using it. I anticipate this will be the last inversion table I will need to buy. Money well spent.
