It’s too early to tell yet what long term benefit I will get from the Inversion Table but I definitely like the lovely stretched feeling I get during and immediately after using it. I tend to use it for a couple of minutes every morning as my back always feels quite stiff then. It is definitely useful after a spell of gardening which always leaves me with a painful lower back and a bit of a stoop – the table provides instant relief and ‘unkinks’ my spine.
I found assembly fairly straight forward but I am a fairly practical person so could follow the instructions reasonably well. I put this together myself (I am a 71 year old female) and the only thing I struggled with was holding the central platform level while trying to insert the side holding pins and fixing with the washer and screw nut at the same time. A second pair of hands would definitely have helped with that stage of the process!
The finished apparatus feels very sturdy and safe to use. It takes up quite a bit more space than I expected but I have it in my spare bedroom which isn’t really needed for anything else so that isn’t a problem. I live alone so was a bit apprehensive about getting back up after inversion the first time but I have found that raising my shoulders and bending at the knee starts the platform reverting back to a level position. I keep the platform hovering at a horizontal level for a minute or two before returning slowly to the start position.
Overall I’m very pleased with this Inversion Table which I think is good value for money.

Posso affermare che mi sembra un ottimo prodotto per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualita’ prezzo e aggiungo che è veramente difficile trovare istruzioni di montaggio cosi’ dettagliate e precise : complimenti !

I ordered the inversion table for my wife her back was bothering her and what a difference this makes after 1 inversion for 2 minutes she got some relief and was able to get up and down without hurting she has been using it twice a day for a couple days now and is feeling much better putting it together was rather simple, easy to use and works great and comfortable to lay on the fit is great with simple adjustment for height and it folds up when not in use we highly recommend this product

  7. Lezlie in northern northeast Iowa

I had no trouble assembling this product. The instructions, ate in perfectly fine English and the diagrams and steps are, easy to follow. The bolts, and stuff are neatly packaged in plastic over a,cardboard back, clearly labeled. I did not need to watch any video.

The inversion table looks great and is very strong. I only weigh 117 lbs, and it inverts and returns upright with ease. Its very well balanced. I’ve got it adjusted for my height and there’s plenty of room to adjust it shorter or longer. This iis,a great product at an affordable price. I’ve only begun using it today but it handles easily.

I had my old inversion table for a decade, but the fool rest broke. This one seems much more solidly built. I will say, however, that mounting it by putting all your weight on one foot could expose the same weakness that I had in my old one, the weld that holds the foot rest on. I’m mounting this one by keeping my weight on the seat and and the handles and putting both feet in at the same time before putting any weight on the foot rest. That prevents torquing the crossbar weld. I think this procedure will allow this one last more than 10 years.

My husband suffers from minor back pain and hips that don’t align. This is amazing. We have stopped seeing the chiropractor.

  10. CFD

I’ve only had this table for a week, but so far I’m loving it. It’s very sturdy and stable, I don’t have any fear of falling or any fear of getting trapped ir stick in it. The instructions looked a little difficult but it was actually super easy to put together. Definitely worth the money.

I have a (the popular brand) as well and wanted one for a family vacation home. I had it delivered there and it seems to be very close to the well-known brand that I regularly use. It seems to recline me a bit faster than the other one, but that is probably an adjustment and not a big deal for someone who is used to using these.

  12. Scott

First off, I ordered a red one, and got a blue one. Not a huge deal, but still thought I’d point it out.

ASSEMBLY: This thing is a pain to assemble, though some of that can’t really be helped since it is a large piece of exercise equipment. However, I have a few gripes:
    – There is a hex key (allen wrench) included, but for some asinine reason, the long arm of the key has a Philips screwdriver head… there aren’t any Philips screws included in this. This makes the long arm of the key absolutely useless. There are some tight spots that are extremely cumbersome to assemble using the short end of the key alone, so unless you have a key that fits floating around, you’re stuck doing the whole thing with the short end of the key.
    – A lot of the bolt holes had imperfections in them that prevented the bolts from being inserted at all. I had to use a metal file and/or pliers to shave/snap off these imperfections so that I could insert the bolts. One, in particular, I didn’t find until I was balancing the whole body rest on my arm to line it up with some other holes and push the bolt through with my other hand
    – My unit came with a piece that does not match the picture provided in the instruction manual, at all, so I wasn’t sure what it was for
    – The instruction manual is written in some of the worst broken English I’ve ever read. In some parts, I had no idea what the instructions were telling me to do.
    – A few of the diagrams in the instruction manual don’t make sense, with bolts floating in places where they shouldn’t be, or diagrams indicating that bolts go into places where there are no holes

USAGE: The device is pretty simple to use. The shoulder pads actually hurt horribly, so maybe throw on some extra padding. This may just be because I’m not used to using one of these yet, but if you plan on going totally upside-down, getting back up is a lot harder than it looks. Also, the foot-rest-extension-rod-thing has a long sticker on it indicating different heights (in centimeters). This bottom end of this sticker has already gotten caught/crumpled/peeled off after using the device once and adjusting to my height.

Also, there is a “protective belt” but I don’t think mine came with one? There are two ends stapled to the backrest, but they are just the ends, and don’t even come close to meeting? I checked the packaging, but couldn’t find the rest of any belt.

ALSO: I have used this device twice, now. The second time, I went full upside-down. Upon returning right-side-up and getting off the machine, the bolts that are used to hold the A-frame legs steady had somehow fallen out! I had not done any violent shaking or shuffling around! Really, those bolts are just there as a precaution, but still… when your safety features fail that easily, it kinda makes me uncomfortable to hang myself upside-down on it again.

STORAGE: Yeah, there’s no good way to store this thing. It doesn’t really neatly fold up like it shows in the pictures. In order for it to be stored like it is in the pictures, the headrest actually needs to rest up against the wall, and the legs will have to stick out away from the wall a good foot or so.

Overall, it serves its purpose I guess. Haven’t had any amazing sessions on it, but it does feel kinda good “hanging out.” I get kinda dizzy and stuffy-headed after hanging upside-down for a few mins, but that’s no fault of the device itself. It claims to be able to support 300lbs, but I would not recommend a person of 300lbs or anywhere close to it gets on this thing

I read the other reviews re-photo shop. The lumbar support does appear much more robust than it is. The thin pad can be re positioned or ignored. The rest was solid enough. I am 6’2″ 205 lbs and it feels solid to me. A friend has a tubular model and I’m not comfortable on those. The unit arrived on time, was easy to put together with included tools (20 minutes). I did not install the shoulder supports, which are not adjustable, seems to defeat the purpose. Perhaps they are for safety. I did not receive the safety strap and 2 of the screws were not usable. (looked like bad casting on the threads) Otherwise, easy to put together. I don’t think I would recommend to anyone taller than 6’3″ as my head is almost off the pad when inverted and I have the foot support at its longest. It is not as balanced as it could be. I have to use the handrails to (with effort) pull myself upright. Does go back very smoothly lifting arms and slowing descent by putting arms by my side. I don’t have back problems, I just like the stretch and relaxation. It do feel a stretch in my tummy and feel the effect on my face surprisingly. I have previously used anti gravity boots for exercise and did not notice this. The ankle binds are not comfortable. I am putting a pair of dish towels in between the pads and my feet/ankles. I’m hoping to get used to it. I would recommend this unit especially at the price.
