I gave these 4 stars because, apart from one issue, they are superior products. The quality of the app, case, and construction of the earbuds is excellent. The sound quality and ease of operation are fantastic, and they are comfortable and stylish. I’ve used them extensively and appreciate the impressive battery life with case charging. The noise-canceling feature works very well, and they are absolutely fantastic for listening to classical music.

That being said, despite trying all sizes of the included ear tips and carefully cleaning and adjusting them, they always feel like they are about to fall out. They stay in place when I’m sitting at my desk, reading in bed, or watching sports. They’re fine for walking around, but any activity more strenuous than walking leads to trouble. Even adding dogs to the walk causes them to fall out. On the elliptical or rowing machines at the gym, I constantly have to push them back into place.

Unfortunately, I don’t think these earbuds are the right fit for me. However, I will keep them and enjoy using them for less active situations.

Llegaron tal cual, bonitos y muy buen sonido

Comfortable in my ears! Fit well with the medium bud pieces. The design is fun and comfortable. The sound is phenomenal, used them while working a haunted house to block out some of the noise, and they were perfect. They’ve been dropped a few times and still work great. Quite durable! There’s been no problem with connecting to any of my devices. Love the purple a lot!

These are comfortable and work well. These are back ups to my air pods2. They stay charged longer the. The AirPods and sound quality is on par. The case is slightly larger so the AirPods will
Remain my everyday pocket carry and these will
Remain in my backpack. When I lose the AirPods these will be my go to. I replaced my daughter’s AirPods with these after the dogs destroyed the AirPods and for her smaller ears she prefers these. I bought the last couple sets of these for about a 1/4 of the AirPods Pro and think it’s an excellent value

I have 2 pairs of these buds. Money was no object and I tried almost every brands and more expensive buds before selecting these buds. The sub-bass is incredible. Some other brands had also great sound but all were not loud enough, to my taste. I use these buds while driving my harley and it lowers significantly my Harley exhaust sound and more importantly, the loud tire noise from adjacent cars on the higway. It makes everything much quieter, relative to unwanted noise in your environment. Unless you have small ears, I recommend using the biggest size Rubber/Silicone Ear Tips. Definitly not recommended for running as they are a little heavy and fall easily.

I absolutely love these! These are my first noise canceling earbuds or headphones I ever had I love them! And I also love the aware of surroundings it has you can choose if you want the aware or the noise canceling I love that you can do that. My only issue would be they don’t really stay in your ear well you have to be sitting kinda still or not do so much movement for one of them to not fall out or move and almost fall out of your ear, they do stay in for a little while if i’m walking with them but if I move my head down or to the side I have to always adjust 1 or it just falls out so I wouldn’t suggest them for runners or anything like that but for sitting on the bus or in a car daily use I definitely suggest them!

Generally pleased with the product. Volume could be a little louder but everything else functions well. Decent noise cancelling too.

When I tried to install the JBL Headphones app from ‘Google Play’ on my Consumer Cellular Verve I couldn’t find it with a search; and when trying to install from the QR code I kept getting an error message ‘not compatible with your device’. I was ready to return them until I did a search on the error and found an article explaining an alternate way to install the app through APKMirror (which to my surprise actually worked). Having gotten past that, everything has been fairly easy and seems to work really well (except it takes some effort and usually a few tries to get them snug in my ears). I ended up using the smallest gel caps and I suspect some people who complain about not having a large enough size might actually need the smaller size. I set up the left bud to control volume instead of the default since I will use them only for music. At first, I thought I was supposed to tap the top of the buds to start/stop etc. but soon realized I was supposed to tap the outside surface, and it worked fine from that point on. One review complained about the small number of presets for the equalizer. I think they probably didn’t scroll down far enough. In any case I just set up the custom option to match what Rock would normally be (a curve with gradually increasing base & treble at the low and high ends) and it sounds fine. I have only been using these for a short time. But unless there are problems I haven’t encountered yet, I think these JBL Tune Buds would be much more than adequate for just about anyone (or at least those planning to use them exclusively for music as I am).

I finally got a chance to use these on an ice rink (real life situation). I agree they are somewhat difficult to get seated in your ear. The quick start manual has 2 pictures illustrating the suggested positioning for doing it, but I also wiggled them and pushed in for about 5-10 seconds which seemed to help. Once I got them in, they stayed. With my budget priced phone placed on the sidelines the blue tooth stayed connected over the entire area of the rink. I found it very helpful to be able to pause, rewind and replay a song by tapping the ear bud (as opposed to using the phone). For those stating they are not loud enough, check the app setting to see if you have the volume limiter enabled (and be careful if you turn it off).

These are great earbuds overall. I’m very pleased with them. Solid bass and sound quality, easy to operate and switch between ambient sound and noise-canceling modes. My only complaint is the charging case often opens and doesn’t always stay shut. So I have to keep a rubber band around it to keep it closed in my backpack. But they’re a great deal for the money. Actually better sound than my much more expensive Bose earbuds, with the added advantage that you can use either the right or left earbud when cycling – and the microphone works for calls on both. (With my older Bose earbuds only the right earbud had a mic.)
