    Good food and fitness tracker book, each page has space to write food and daily fitness activities in. There are lots of pages so it will last a long time and it looks great.
    One thing to note it is designed for people with weight loss as a goal so there is reference to lbs lost and fun quotes encouraging weight loss. My goal is to build muscle and I am not bothered by this aspect but I know some people with histories of eating disorders may find it triggering.

    I just got this product so I have not used it (It’s actually a gift for someone) but I am very pleased with the page features. The paper is a little thin but the set up seems really nice. I took a chance since there were no photos of the inner pages but I am glad I did. Nice price, too!

    Just what I needed! I love the check ins and notes sections. Some minor typos throughout the book that could have easily been fixed should they have proof read it. Typos are the only reason i give 3 stars

    This book was clearly just slapped together without much care. There are typos on almost every page, including the word “tomorrow” missing the “t” on every tracking page. And, not sure if this is a widespread error, but my copy was misprinted with some sort of spiritual discussion guide printed in the middle. I am definitely missing relevant pages because of that, so I returned the product. Without those issues, it’s a nice enough layout with spots for all the important food tracking and fitness information.
