I am 60 days into logging my progress into my journal and I’m very happy with this book. it has become my favorite journal. I love how I am able to keep track of everything I eat or drink.
I love how motivating it is. That was my biggest reason why I bought this journal. I wanted to find something that not only helped me keep track of my day to day meals. But it also has this weekly check in’s help to see the progress you are making. Completely worth the buy and the price is great. Highly recommended.

If you have tried to journal your habits before and fell out of practice many times, you will not suddenly start with this.
There’s a few things in the book that don’t feel very intuitive, like you’re supposed to colour in hearts for good days, but the colours noted are black red and yellow. There’s no quotes or motivation like most of these books have. You can colour in them but only hearts at the top of the page.
It’s kinda meh, but it does what it’s described to do

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, habe ich drei verschiedene Bücher dieser Art gekauft.
Dieses ist das Größte, mit fast A4 Format.
Die Seiten bzw das Layout ist bei allen sehr ähnlich. Je nachdem, was man braucht oder notieren möchte, kann das eine oder andere besser passen.
Da ich es nicht schaffe, so ein “Tagebuch” digital zu führen, habe ich mich für die altmodische per Hand schreiben Variante entschieden und werde daher alle drei behalten und nach und nach nutzen.
Die Bilder der Innenseiten der anderen Bücher sind in den jeweiligen Bewertungen.

I just received the product today and so far I am impressed it is a little larger than I would like however it’s not something I have to carry it with me so I’m not too concerned. I love all the information that is inside that I can track so I get comprehensive view of progress.
Will update when finished with 90 days.

Overall this wasn’t really what I was looking for. I was looking to keep more data and info. Also, the book is rather flimsy and the edges curled super easy, so It would not have held up in my gym bag. I decided to get a smaller spiral bound book that is more durable.
