Two weird things made it 3 stars instead of 5:
1. It only has 5 month pages instead of 12 for some reason. Idk if they’re all like that or if I got a misprint.
2. The second I opened it I noticed that the pages (but not the cover?) has that gross crotch smell (like Bradford pear trees 🤢) that cheap pleather items sometimes show up with… I don’t understand why the paper would smell like that, but I’ve set it out open in the hope that the smell will dissipate so I can actually use it.

Used a few different ones, but this one has it all. Set your goals for the year or 3 months, listing how the steps to accomplish them and setting deadlines. then list out any obstacles and the solutions to overcome them. Then three full pages for three months planning and a side column to write notes. Then pages and pages for daily journaling: what is the workout for the day and how that went; space to journal what you age; plus water consumed and how you are feeling. It has everything on one great size spiral bound journal. A great buy! Will be buying another one come February. Bonus: can start this at any month.

great for organizing your fitness/tracking. Currently training for a marathon so it’s so helpful, love that the pages aren’t already dated so if you take a few days rest (or months lol) you can always come back to it and not feel bad

This fitness journal was exactly what I was looking for. I love that in the beginning there is a goal setting page along with a monthly schedule. The quality is great and it’s just a really cute looking fitness journal. It’s helped me stay focused in my workouts and go back to see what weight I have used for different exercises. It’s been extremely helpful in maintaining my workout schedule! Highly recommend!

Love this journal! I am someone who enjoys keeping calendars a lot. This was the perfect fit for me. You do have to build your own monthly and daily calendar but I don’t mind. I really enjoy the minimal style of the journal. Super soft cover, beautiful gold spiral spine, and soft creamy pages. Love It!

I love the setup and simplicity of it. The goal setting page was really helpful, and the daily pages have the right level of detail for what I wanted. The journal did have a strong, strange odor when I got it that has lessened but not gone away completely. Other than that I’m very pleased.
