Thought about getting a Rowling machine or treadmill for workout but they take up so much space. After some searching I found this product. This thing is so compact and easy to use. Doesn’t require much effort for preparation and I can just take it out for a short workout session then return to whatever I was doing, sometimes I also use it while watching TV, which makes the workout more enjoyable. And it’s very quiet so it doesn’t bother others in the house. Great value to exchange for more healthy life. Love it and would recommend to my friends and family!

Product looks ok and is light & compact. The range of step is very shallow. Nothing like climbing actual stairs! Pedals move up & down only a couple of inches. When the adjustment is loosened for greater range of step the pulley system becomes very loose and the cable slips. I also had to put felt pads on the rubber stoppers underneath the pedals as they were loud when touching the bar underneath. Unfortunately would not recommend!

The stepper is fantastic for at-home exercise! I love the adjustable height feature, making it versatile for different workouts. The included resistance bands add a great challenge for a full-body workout. It’s sturdy and supports my weight comfortably. Plus, it’s compact and easy to store.

Product came used as there was already a step count there when I turned it on. There was also clear residue on the bar, perhaps someone lubricated it prior to me receiving it. And after 100 steps it started creaking which was really disappointing. The creaking comes and goes which is quite annoying. The height adjustment knob also doesn’t do anything, most likely defected/ broken. Aside from that, the product works and you can definitely feel the burn in your legs after a while. I’m not going to hassle with doing a return as it works as intended, just disappointed with getting a used and defected product.
UPDATE** The company reached out and is resolving the issue. At first it was just the creaking that was the issue, but one of the stepper cables actually snapped while in use which was very unfortunate considering I had it less than a month. I had told the company about the cable snapping and they are gong to send a new product to replace this one. Let’s just hope the new one is better. 🤞 The customer service was actually very impressive and responsive which is greatly appreciated.
UPDATE 2** I received a new product in a timely manner, however, it’s defective and doesn’t even work. This company doesn’t seem to have a good quality control. I attached a video of the new product I received. The pulley for the cables do not work and it doesn’t alternate the pedals for you to step. I had to manually pull a pedal up to do a step for the video. Both pedals remain down after that.
UPDATE 3** The company has given back a full refund.

Although I’ve had this since June, I just recently took it out box to start using. I’ve used it all of 4 times and the nut and bolt on the left peddle popped off while using it and the cord popped free and came off. Doesn’t seem well made.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because i love how small it is and how it takes up very little space. I bought this to replace the stepper machine i bought years ago that has a handle bar. The second day i used this the screws on the left side came out mid workout. I screwed its back in then tightened all the rest is the screws. Also make sure you use the oil after tightening. I didn’t and during my 3rd workout the right side got really tight and started squeaking. So i had to stop mid workout again. Hopefully going forward i have no more issues. I really like using a stepper for cardio so i plan to keep using it.

I purchased this 10/24 and it was delivered 10/27, I have used it 8-10 times for a max of 10 mins per use. I went to use it today while rolls for thanksgiving were cooking (11/27), and I heard a snap and it wouldn’t work. I looked down and the tension wire and, bolt, washer all fell off and are broke. No one will help me because the return or refund window closed yesterday, 11/26. I’m 5’11” and weigh 148, the machine has never been misused. Disappointed in quality of product and lack of customer service.

After using it for a couple of minutes, the machine gets very squeaky and annoying to hear. It does come with oils to lubricate, but it’s only a short term fix. It is a great size and easy to use anywhere in your home.

I contemplated long and hard on which of these to get. Having more than just the straight up/down step motion even if only a little was important to me so I like the subtle twisting motion. I am happy with my choice. When I first got it, I was like those pedals are so low! So I adjusted as high as they would go and was a little upset that it didn’t seem to make much of a difference but when you get on this innocent looking stepper, I don’t know how or why but, it really gets your heart rate up and works up a sweat in just a couple minutes! I can go on a regular elliptical for at least an hour but starting out on this I have to take a break every few minutes! (Not exaggerating). The bands are a nice addition. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

I absolutely love this mini stair stepper! The adjustable height is a fantastic feature, allowing me to customize my workouts. The resistance bands add great variety, and it’s sturdy with a 350lbs loading capacity. I’ve been able to get a full-body workout at home, and it doesn’t take up much space.

Revising my review to agree with others who have noted that after a bit of use, it SQUEAKS TERRIBLY and there’s no apparent way to get rid of it. The manufacturer needs to STEP UP and tell customers what the source of it is and how to address it. The squeaking is LOUD and VERY ANNOYING.
I got this for just under $40 and it’s a GREAT VALUE. Using it is more of a workout than you might expect which is GOOD. The range of movement is adjustable which is nice. One issue is that one of the front bolts tends to FLY OFF in use which is alarming but it’s easily replaced… so you need to preemptively TIGHTEN it frequently before use to keep that from happening. It was silent at first but squeaks now… I THINK it’s coming not from the pistons but from the plastic foot pads, and I don’t know how to fix that. But for under $40… well worth it!
