My daughter & I are both yoga instructors and in moving to take small classes within our home, usually students bring their own mats, but these are nice enough to have on hand, without spending on a Manduka or Lululemon. Subsequently they aren’t as thick, but you get what you pay for.

I’m a yoga teacher so I’ve used my share of yoga mats, ranging from the cheapies to the stupidly expensive ones. This mat is excellent for the price! I snagged it because I’m traveling and forgot mine and I’m glad I went this route. Its thickness helps protect your knees and makes Chaturanga gentler on your hands. Other than that it’s a standard yoga mat that’ll get the job done.
Note: It’s gonna be a little slippery when you get it, that’s totally normal for yoga mats at this price range. It’s just the chemicals used in manufacturing making it slippery and they wear off with usage. It might take a while before you can really determine its grip.

Lo compre porque la marca compite con otra en la posición de las mejores marcas en tapetes de yoga, pero es un tapete barato de foamy igual o de menor calidad de los que consigues en los supermercados. Desde el primer uso se desmorona, se resbala y no es lo suficientemente confortable.

The color of this mat is what made me buy it, it’s very beautiful. It is on the thinner side, but it works for what I need and was very affordable! Would recommend!

Overall comfortable and a nice mat but gets way too slippery the second your hands or feet start to sweat. Not worth the extra cushion.
