I love these things. This is the 2nd one I bought. I just bought a 3rd one for my wife. The reading are as accurate as my 400.00 dollar garmin watch. The sleep part is really cool. Some days I just feel a little off like golf swing isn’t great on a particular day. Well I found out on those days I did not get good restful sleep. I like the blood oxygen readings as well if it is low it can tend to make you feel off as well. Cool gadget and really good for the price. Lasts for about 6 days after a full charge. Fits well too

I like the ring, it works great. It looks good and feels good on my finger. It definitely does what it says. It’s supposed to do the battery life last quite a while.

The box was broken like if someone threw it and because of that the ABS sensor broke –
It can add dad’s friends, APP to see their heart rate, blood oxygen and other data, so that I am not at home can also pay attention to their health!

I wear it in my thumb and the ring can monitor my BP, HR and SpO2 which alert me when one of the measure is abnormal. Easy to set up and use. Strongly recommend to everyone.
