This weighted Hula hoop is a vigorous workout device that helps my daughter develop a strong and flexible waist. It also helps her control weight. The knots are easy to attach and detach. It’s pretty sturdy.

Easy assembly, fun to use! Can use it while watching TV or on the phone for a nice workout. Actually can get quite tiring. The product is high quality plastic that attaches new pieces easily. The weighted ball helps you feel the burn! Great value.

With the weighted hooping excitement taking off, I’ve been growing more intrigued about the experience. Everything arrived in good condition, assembly is/was straightforward and after adjusting to your size and clicking together, you can start hooping straightaway on that end. The only thing missing is the weight itself. There’s a teardrop shaped weight that’s taken apart with 3 screws (screwdriver included) that contains a small bag of black “sand”. I didn’t find this to be particularly weighted, so I got a small balloon and funnel, poured in some playground sand and knotted the top.
I found the change in weight helped with keeping the hoop going. As far as function, it’s a bit noisy, but no big. Overall? I appreciate the easy assembly/adjustment and that you can start using the unit fairly quickly out the box, but not the aspect of taking the weight apart and filling it with sand.

I love this product, it is so easy to install and uninstall, and adjustable for weight options. I can’t stop using it cuz it’s a lot of fun! And it’s easy to make it turn, I started to sweat after using for 150 circles and it’s effective helping me lose the weight around the waist.
