I absolutely love this. It’s a little noisy but not if you just wear headphones. It suggests 30 minutes a day but sometimes I go a little longer. I can feel that it’s working because I’m sore after and I love it. It’s so easy to use and such a smooth movement. If it’s too loose, it’s hard to move right. It feels really durable.

It works as it should. Takes some getting used to and it is quite loud. So working out while others are asleep may not be ideal. Definitely get some earbuds if the sound is annoying. As far as results, I haven’t seen any huge improvements but I’m also not trying to lose weight just be more fit and tone. I can’t say I see much difference in my waistline, however I do feel the workout after 15 min or so. I typically try to do 30 min, one sitcom episode. However I do still take the commercial breaks, so as to not over exert myself, so maybe a total of 20 min of actual workout. I think it works if you put in the time and effort and can get passed the noise. Because of how loud it can be I give it a 7/10.

It broke in less than a day’s time concept seemed pretty easy but the ball-bearings came undone. I would purchase another one but not the same brand IDK.

So I love this thing. It’s so fun and easy. It has 6 wheels and one of the middle ones isn’t round anymore making it hard to go around. Still working. Maybe better cuz I’m having to work harder. Lol I’ve only had it a month and a half. Hoping I can get a replacement part.

Honestly it’s not that loud. I have a movie on for the kids and we’re not competing at all sound wise. You definitely feel it after about 10 mins. Why sit on my phone for 30 mins on my butt when I could do this? Literally one episode of something. Super easy! I didn’t need 2 links
