Love the trampoline. Did find that the basketball hoop broke inside of a few hours, but I contacted the vendor and they offered to replace it quickly!

The trampoline had poor instructions: Need to unscrew caps on rebounder to screw legs in. Easy to unfold trampoline, but I did use bolts at hinges so it wouldn’t snap open. Didn’ t trust it. The handle makes me feel more secure when I jump. And you tube has lots of exercises to try! It was a ligitimatye bargain at the price, and I'[m glad it’s a little larger than the small rebounders.

I love this rebounder! It’s sturdy, it’s quite, easy 15min assembly. It is draining my lymphatic system, building up my brittle bones and helping my balance. I recommend this to young and old.

I needed this for exercise and the bounce back in this one was very heavy. It was sturdy but unfortunately not the type I needed .not much noise though when bouncing.

UPDATE
Okay, so my initial review was:
Missing screws and Allen wrench as well as one of the threads were marred inside one of the legs so it would not go on. So very very frustrated and disappointed as this was supposed to be for my 4 year old for Christmas and now he won’t get it on time. I tried to do a replace item and it said I couldn’t.
I will try to order again and will update my review based of off next product.

I want to say that customer service never once reached out or tried to make things right. I did go ahead and order again and let me say, I should have trusted my gut and went with something else. But my exact thought was “what are the odds I would get TWO damaged products?”
So here we are. I just tried to put together the second trampoline. At this point, my son knew he was getting it and was SO excited as he had to wait what was a long time to him. So imagine the disappointment and frustration of the both of us when this one is not usable either!
I started by making sure all the parts where there this time. Thankfully they were. So I started to put them together and noticed the threads on the legs were very rough. I hadn’t sent back the other trampoline yet so I swapped a couple of the legs and it was going good until the last leg. The place on the trampoline that I am supposed to screw the leg onto has a metal spot sticking up that won’t allow for the leg to go on. Like, seriously? And one of the screws will not tighten on the handlebar, it goes in, but just spins and spins without ever getting tight.
Not only is this trampoline a waste of time and money, but also a HUGE safety risk. When I was getting pictures of the damaged parts for the review, I noticed it is also rusted. I am so over this trampoline, this company and am moving on to somewhere else.
The first two pictures are from the first order and the second two are from this current order. Sending them both back tomorrow!

My grandchildren seem to love it. Always see them jumping on it when we stop buy to visit. I would recommend it. It keeps the kids buys so I think the parents would really recommend.
