Only just got it and couldn’t believe that I needed the XL it is almost as if it is sized for children, but if you follow their measurements, it fits.

The support is gentle. The silicone rings worked for me because the sizing was correct in the description. The magnets do seem to be helping as opposed to not having them in a brace. I wear them all day. I recently wore them for 28 hours straight because after work I had to do a road trip to pick up some eq and the day after, even with rainy weather still here, my knees actually felt better which I attributed to the magnets being the difference. Imo, it’s pricey at $34, BUT I can’t complain too much because of the pain relief I’ve enjoyed. Mine only slipped down once so far. I wear over the calf tube socks which I believe help keep them in place. After wearing them for a week, the Silicone rings became more comfortable. They probably stretched a little with daily use.

As a doctor, I have both personal and professional experience with knee injuries. I like this magnetic brace because of the way it fits most knees without bunching in the back, and the gentle compression which creates proprioceptive feedback and some gentle support to the knee. The added bonus of this brace is the magnets that give stimulation to the acupressure points which seem to make the brace even more effective. I recommend it for knees with discomfort and when mild support is needed, but if there is significant instability – a more supportive brace with side bars would be required. Dr. Kathleen M.

The material is great and provides great compression; I was borderline L size and bought M for better compression and feels great wearing it; After measuring the magnet polarity it turns out all of them are turned the wrong way towards the user = geographic north; easy fix is to invert the sleeve; NORTHERN HEMISPHERE user’s magnet facing polarity should be the MAGNETIC NORTH which is the GEOGRAPHIC SOUTH = the S side of the compass needle should face the user in the northern hemisphere;

Great product, good price point and these sleeves stay over your knee where they’re supposed to! Very comfortable, and the magnets are extremely strong and doing their job !!! Been wearing a knee sleeve over my right knee for two days and the exercise tendinitis is all but gone. Can comfortably bend my knee with no joint pain!!! Awesome 👏
