I bought this exercise ball to be able to stretch out my hips after a hip replacement. It really works. I sit on it and rotate my hips for relief. Overall and good product!

This is easy to blow up and comes with a pump, it is large enough and durable enough even for bigger folks, and it is comfy just to sit on as well. It has not leaked any air but you can deflate it when not in use. The plug can be slightly difficult to remove but the included tool is helpful. I would recommend this for anyone in the market for a yoga ball.

Great product, great price. If you don’t have a compressor to do the initial pump-up, borrow one from a friend. The included pump works, but would take a lot of pumping to fill this ball.

I love hte exercise ball. It is sturdy and just the right size for exercise. However, I hate the manual air pump that came with it. It is very time consumng to inflate such a large ball. The air nozzle is specific to this ball, so you cannot use a hairdryer or bicycle pump to quickly inflate it.
