Rundum: Klasse Gymnastikball.

I pulled it out of the box and gave the included little hand pump a try. Holy cow. That was a workout! Both arms were tired and if you stop, the air back- flows. No thanks. I’ll save that for inflating balloons.
I broke out an air compressor and filled the ball until it looked taught, but not over-filled. I let it sit overnight. The next day I gave it a sit and felt entirely too low to the ground. I put a little more air in it, but was worried about how much air it could take. I have it another sit and it felt much better… so I worked a full day on it. I had to keep reminding myself to straighten up my back. It takes some getting used to. You certainly can’t whirl around to see behind you, like you would in a typical office chair… so when I heard my dog outside the door, I had to twist and crane my neck. LOL. After a day on it I decided it still felt a little low for me. I’m 5’6″ tall, with a 28.5″ desk, so I got the Large 65cm ball as suggested. I broke down and grabbed the instructions, to make sure I didn’t over-inflate it. I measured from the floor, up the wall 65cm, made a pencil mark, then took a straight edge and held it out… I definitely had more room to go to inflate it… and I did! It’s at about 63cm now, because I don’t like to press my luck. I’m up at a good height now, comfortably resting my forearms on the desk, the keyboard is comfortable and I can still put both feet firmly on the floor. I put the ring under the bottom because I don’t want to accidentally bust my ashtabula on this thing. It’s comfortable. I can work a very full 12 hr day on it. I push it up so 40% of it is under the desk, and I approach it from the side and swing my leg over it like a horse, then plop my arse down. It’s sturdy, has a little bouncy bounce to it, but only when you shift your weight or adjust your legs. It retains air well, so far. Another nice thing is that you can grab ahold of the front of your desk, lift your feet up in front of you, and roll forward while arching your back, until your basically laying on your back, over the ball. It gives a great stretch. Overall, I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Sit on it daily. It does encourage you to slouch to focus on not slouching.

Wanted to take a chance on a chair ball and this was what I found, and I really like it. It keeps the air in well, it’s soft to sit on and pumping it up took a bit but was super easy to insert and remove. Overall a great choice if looking for something like this.

Got this to put at my desk because i work on a cumputer all day. It really does help your back and strengthen your core. Takes some getting used to though. You can’t turn your “chair” to the side like you can in a regular rolling desk chair. Comes with foot pump but it’s quicker to use an air compressor to blow it up if you have one. All in all I like it.

Buy a battery powered ball pump. Almost impossible with manual inflating.

I use this as a seat at my desk. It has caused me to sit correctly, plus it is just SO easy to exercise your hips and core whilst working. I am sure it can be used for many other exercises, but haven’t discovered them yet. Wouldn’t be without it!

The ball itself has been serving me well, as I’ve been using it regularly since it arrived. It does what it is supposed to do and is holding up nicely.
Unfortunately, the accessories that came with it left much to be desired. The pump included in the package doesn’t really do a good job — it might even be better without it.
Moreover, the balance tube that was part of the package arrived punctured, which I noticed only after discarding the packaging. While this issue didn’t stop me from using the ball, it did prevent me from taking full advantage of all the functionalities supposed to be offered with this purchase. I reached out to the seller to provide feedback on this matter, but there hasn’t been any response or attempt to address the issue, which was a letdown.
While I appreciate the quality of the ball, the lack of response from the seller and the condition of the other components have influenced my rating. It has made me reconsider purchasing from them in the future.

The ball and base were super easy to inflate with the included pump. It came with a few extra plugs in case the other ones get lost. The material feels very thick and sturdy, and the aqua color is bright and happy.
I have mild scoliosis and a stenosis at L5 which is just above the tail bone. Every now and then it will get inflamed and cause lower back pain. When I tell you the MOMENT I sat on this ball the back pain disappeared, I am not exaggerating. I am going to get another one so I can have them in both my home and work offices.
I am just over 5’5″ so got the 65 cm ball. It feels ergonomic to sit on, but I am wondering if the taller one would have been slightly better to reach the keyboard on top of the desk. I’ll probably wait a few days to inflate it a little more (per the instructions to give it time to stretch) and see how comfortable I am with the height before ordering another one.
Edit: It is now fully inflated, and it is the perfect size for my height with a keyboard that sits at 29-30″

I purchased this as an alternative to a stool while teaching! It was easy to assemble, lightweight, sturdy and very comfortable!!! The kids love it whenever I grab it to sit on during our story time. I bounce and work my core while I’m reading with them!! All the teachers were tickled when they saw me using it! Teachers!! Try it, you’ll love it.
