I’ve been doing physical therapy for pelvic floor strengthing. This is the exact PT ball my physical therapy recommended for home exercises. The ball is durable, but flexible enough to get a good squeeze between the knees. It was execpesive as well! It comes with a straw for blowing the ball up and only took a few seconds. I highly recommend it!

Great been suffering from pulled abdomen muscle for months and tryed everything but nothing was working .so give this ball a go and after a week of using it on my abdominal muscles I’m starting to feel like it’s getting better .

Arrived deflated, was supposed to come with “inflating straws” and plug, only the plug was in the package. After inflating, inserted the plug. It’s not a snug fit and seems like the air will leak out easily and / or the plyg won’t stay securely in place. Logo on the ball is a sticker. Not happy at all with the quality.

When I first inflated this ball, I couldn’t get it as fully inflated as I wanted it. It is a little tricky to inflate it. After another attempt, it inflated to the right amount and I have been using it daily and it has not lost any air.
