The jump rope served me well for about 8 months. After stepping on it a few times and dealing with the pieces flying across the gym multiple occasions I realized the mechanics were always the best. It’s nice to customize the rope length you need but the internal pieces inside the grip can come loss and the tiny pieces can go missing. I wasn’t able to fix it and it became unusable. I’d recommend as a first time rope

The instructions that came with it had different language options than the QR code site. So I had to kind of use a Google translate app, but… it’s a rope. Not a complex thing. As long as you keep tightening the screws before use, it works great. I’m 6’5″ tall and it was more than enough.

This is by far the best jump rope yet, and once I adjusted it to my height via the directions it worked even better. Please note that you will need a wire cutter that it sharp to adjust the length, and get back on the plastic end pieces. It’s really fun playing with this jump rope in the gym!
