TLDR: nice fast, metal cable rope with good balance between weight and speed. Some deseign defects mean you’ll have to replace it after about a year of heavy use.
This jump rope has a great balance between weight and lightness. I don’t like super light jump ropes (doesn’t work your arms enough) and the heavy ones put too much weight on the arms and it’s harder to jump fast. This metal cable rope with plastic lining is perfect.
The bearings in that handle make it spin quick, although the design of the metal ring that connects the rope to the handle is poor. After using it for many sessions the ring begins to bend a bit and the rope doesn’t swing as smoothly. Also, if you jump rope on a rough surface, the plastic liner will peel off over time and you’ll have to buy a new rope.
I’ll keep buying these.

Shame on me since my first one broke and I took a chance on a second one. I bought another jump rope, and the same thing happened. Bearing broke. I’m not a heavy user, and it broke after 8 weeks, and about 15 to 20 uses.

This is easily the best jump rope I’ve ever used. The steel cable has great weight and the grips are extremely comfortable. Rather than being plastic, they’re wrapped with something closer to tennis racquet grip tape. I only wish the length was adjustable. I’m only 5’7″ and these are just a bit long for me. But for this price and this quality, I’ve learned to use them just fine.

This is my third jump rope of the same brand. The first two lasted in the range over a year and I actually didn’t realize my error in jump roping on certain surfaces initially. This last purchase, I have been more care ful and it has deteriorated in about 2 months. I’m switching to another brand. Highly disappointed. The hearing malfunctioned almost immediately. As a matter of fact this is my fourth because I tried to replace the last one within the return window but had the same issue with this one before grip just flew off in gym. Luckily no one was hurt nor properly damaged.

la cuerda se siente increible, gira sin ningun problema, lo unico es que deberian quitar la primer foto donde sale una cuerda con los mangos rojos, ya que solamente vienen con los mangos en color negro, la recomiendo ampliamente

Best jumprope I’ve ever used. Not very well constructed though. The handgrip tape came loose after a few weeks, but the plastic underneath provides plenty of grip. I’ve own one previously and used it everyday for 4 years…over time, the bearings will pop out of the grips and the center of the rope will wear to the point that the wires will break and become hazardous. However, this rope can’t be beat. When mine wears out, I’ll order another one.

Use 4 days a week for 10 minutes as warmup to my martial arts training. Smooth spin and, unlike most plastic ropes, the cable keeps its shape making jumping rope less frustrating. Unlike the Buddy Lee’s rope, the handles are comfortable and sized well; not to mention at more than 1/2 the price. Draw back is that the length is set and thus you must order the size that fits you. I am comfortable with 9ft at 5’8″.

So, I’ll always be grateful to this rope for allowing me to get the basic mechanics of the double-under down. The handle feel and the weight are perfect for building the muscle memory, when you’re first starting out on the DU.
But alas, like other reviews have stated, the rope broke on me after only about 2 months and honestly not THAT much usage.(2-3x week/30-100 DUs). Very disappointing, as I was touting to all of my friends about this rope. Now I’ll have to let them all know to expect this.
Thanks for the (muscle) memories… but unless you guys pick up your game, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
