I purchased very hesitantly this refurbished premium model, not expecting it to be so good! This looks brand new and can’t imagine what was refurb. Came packed in original box all paperwork and I could not tell you this isn’t brand new. Totally amazed at what a great value. It works flawless so smooth and I’ve never liked indoor cycling but I’m hooked. The seat is a road bike narrow saddle and only thing I’d change cause I’m 61 and the rear padding has left me lol. If you’re on the fence just pull the trigger you won’t be disappointed and for $599! I use the QZ fitness app $4.99 one time and it gives me all the parameters needed. I watch YouTube cycling videos free and does the trick. If you need coaching then use Echelon app $.

We were a little unsure about getting this renewed exercise bike thinking someone had problems with it and returned but it was perfect not even a scratch or any indication that it even assembled nothing even the bags that hardware were in they were even sealed and never open it even came in the original box . It works perfect !!!! We are very happy with this purchase ….

I believe many users return their Echelon bikes due to dissatisfaction with the default Echelon app rather than issues with the bike itself. As a result, most of these “renewed” bikes are in excellent condition, practically like new.
To truly enhance the Echelon experience, there are two great options. The first is QZFitness, which allows you to connect to the Peloton or Zwift ecosystems. When it works, it’s fantastic. However, it requires juggling multiple apps across different devices and subscribing to the chosen ecosystem (Peloton or Zwift) monthly.
The other option is Simple Spin Pro, which connects directly to the Echelon bike, offers personalized smart workouts, integrates with Apple Health, and supports full iPad streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc.) while capturing all your workout telemetry. Simple Spin Pro has been tested on the Echelon EX-4S, but it should work seamlessly with all Echelon smart bikes. Plus, it provides all of this with just one low monthly fee, making it an easy and affordable way to get the most out of your Echelon without the hassle of managing multiple platforms.
Either way, you can’t go wrong. Love my Echelon bike.

I was hemming and hawing about buying this refurbished bike. It was half off and I was like what’s gonna be wrong with it and what’s gonna happen and who refurbished it and what’s this and that and the other thing and I finally pulled the trigger it’s 50% off. It comes in an Echelon box. It looks like a brand new bike. Everything is packaged by Echelon and Echelon is a fantastic company. I’ve owned Echelon bike before buy the refurbished product. Do not buy the new one. It’s half off for this thing and you will be happy. It comes in an Echelon box it’s fantastic and I can’t recommend it More .
