This is my first exercise bike, after having back surgery a few months ago I was looking for ways to strengthen my lower back muscles without over doing it. This bike worked great for me. It’s strong and sturdy and makes getting a quick workout in easy! It’s compact and comfortable and fits great in my basement. I also like that I can easily prop my phone, tablet on it. It’s very easy to pedal and very comfortable for me, I’m 6’1”, it’s also very quiet. This bike was money well spent.

Besonders gut gefällt mir der leise Lauf – ich kann mein Workout machen, ohne jemanden im Haus zu stören. Der Sitz ist bequem und auch nach längeren Trainingseinheiten immer noch komfortabel. Die verschiedenen Widerstandsstufen ermöglichen ein intensives Training, das sich perfekt an mein Fitnesslevel anpasst. Very good quality bike. Easy to assemble, only took me about 45 minutes. Holds my iPhone and iPad perfectly. Only downfall is I wish it showed RPM’s but still a great bike!

This bike was purchased to be used by both myself and my wife. We are regulars at the gym and attend spin classes. We were looking for an exercise bike to use at home on those occasions where we could not make it to the gym. Our requirement for the exercise bike,

– Will work for both myself and wife. We are different heights/size. I am 6’4 and she is 5’3.
After some research, we were lead to this brand. We could not be any more happier with the purchase. it has served us well and has all we were looking for. We recommend this bike to others.
Packaging –
The item arrived in a single box that weighed around 65 lbs. With such a light weight, was a little worried about what I would find inside. All parts were placed in secure packaging and the material of the parts were sturdy and lightweight. See attached photo of what the box / packaging looks like.
The package came with instruction / manual and the tools needed to assemble the bike. No additional tools needed.
Assembly was pretty easy. It took about 30 min to assemble. There are videos to watch if help is needed but the manual was good enough. See attached photo of finished product.
Set up –
There are 4 adjustments to make. One can raise the seat. Slide the seat closer or farther away. Raise the height of the handlebar. Adjust the pedal.
Easy to move bike around with wheels in the front. Just tilt & move.
Ride –
The seat is comfortable and the pedaling is very smooth. One thing you will notice or not notice is the lack of noise of the spinning wheel. It is very quiet and a pleasant surprise. The resistance knob on the bike was easy to reach (just like any spin bikes) and adjust. Quick turns made it easy to adjust to be harder or lighter workout. Along with the bike comes a electronic screen / console that displays time, distance, and calories burned. It can be set to show one or to scan through each. On the bike is also a mount to hold your iPad or phone and it securely held it without issue. The pedals I found were very good quality. It can be adjusted to fit the person. Pedaling was smooth & easy but the test was to see if one stood up while pedaling, what would the bike do and I am happy to report it firmly stayed on the ground and did not tip over or shake. It is very sturdy / stable. The brake is very good. When you are done, pressing down the brake decelerates and stops pedaling. The bike does come with a cup holder on the cross bar, below the resistance knob. It fits all bottles and easy to reach, release, and place back in. See attached video for how the ride looks.
The bike did have some issues but not enough to downgrade the grade. More of a wishlist for future improvements.
– Pedals. They are fine and to be used with sneaker/shoes thugh it would have been nice to have option to use spin shoes and clip on.
– Console. Yes it does display the times, distance, and calories but it should be able to display all at the same time and not scan. Honestly, do not use as I have my apple watch to keep track of activity.
– Handlebar – wish it had an adjustment to bring closer to person and not just adjusting height. The seat has option to adjust to move closer.
– Adjustments – It would be nice to be able to just height of seat and handle bar without unscrewing lock.
Wish it was like at the gym where you pull lever and raise and then release. Here you have to unscrew, adjust and then screw back in.
– Resistance – It states 100 but unclear on what that means. Cannot tell what resistance I am at. When I do adjust and add or subtract, one does feel the resistance but it would be good to see what it is at. Also in my testing, if you do 5 full rotations, the wheel does not spin.
Again, just a wishlist but I still like the bike a lot and would recommend to others who looking for an affordable and sturdy exercise bike.

Mia figlia, che ama molto andare in bici, desiderava una cyclette per il suo compleanno così da poter svolgere attività fisica anche nelle brutte giornate d’inverno.
L’ho fatta utilizzare diversi giorni e l’ho usata qualche volta anche io così da potermi rendere conto per bene del prodotto acquistato. Il montaggio non è stato per nulla complicato e ci ho impiegato circa mezz’ora. Il libretto d’uso, in cui ci sono anche le istruzioni per il montaggio sono in lingua inglese e tedesca ma a me non è servito per niente.
Già prima del montaggio si ha l’impressione di robustezza, solidità e del fatto che è costruita con tutti i crismi e con materiali di qualità.
È dotata di uno schermo LCD, alimentato a batteria (due batterie stilo incluse anche se sono zinco carbone e avrebbero potute metterle alcaline ma poco male) sul quale è possibile visualizzare alcuni dati come il tempo di utilizzo, la velocità istantanea, le calorie bruciate e la distanza totale di funzionamento (valore che si azzera ogni qualvolta si cambiano le batterie). Il manubrio è rivestito da una particolare gomma che consente un buon grip dell’impugnatura anche con le mani sudate. Sotto il manubrio vi è un comodo supporto per un telefono o un tablet che consente di vedere video o ascoltare musica durante l’utilizzo.
Sotto un manubrio, è presente una manopola rossa dalla quale è possibile variare la resistenza delle pedalate. È molto silenziosa durante l’utilizzo anche a velocità elevata e questo permette di ascoltare piacevolmente musica o vedere la tv durante gli allenamenti senza alzare il volume. Il manubrio è regolabile in altezza così come il sellino che è molto largo e comodo e non dà alcun problema anche per chi ha fastidio a rimanere seduto a lungo come me. Ha un comodo porta borraccia e, grazie a delle ruote anteriori, si sposta agevolmente e senza fatica. Se devo proprio trovare un difetto è quello che i pedali sono abbastanza scomodi da utilizzare senza scarpe.
Comunque il prodotto è davvero positivo e posso complessivamente ritenermi soddisfatto dell’acquisto.

I don’t get out much, hence my fitness level isn’t anywhere near what it should be. Even though I haven’t been able to use it as much as I wanted too recently, I did feel it was beneficial the times I did use it. I intend to be using it regularly in the next fortnight or so and it will definitely help me to improve my overall fitness when I get regular use of it.
The bike itself is very easy to assemble (don’t be scared of it) and the instructions are simple to follow. It took me around 20-25 mins taking my time with it. It’s a SOLID piece of kit and will easily last for many, many, years.
I was eager to try it out and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m 65 years of age and I struggle for a breath at times as I rarely get out. The workout is great, as you can easily adjust the challenge of it by making it as easy, or difficult, as you wish. The various settings means that there’s at least one to suit everyone, but you’ll want to test yourself as you go along obviously.
The monitor is very neat, responsive and gives you clear readings so you can set your personal goals.
I wasn’t too keen on the seat as I find it a little uncomfortable, but I will tend to that. The handlebars are rigidly held in place and comfortable to hold, no matter your riding style.
I stay in a flat with a neighbour underneath me. This was a concern for me as he’s not the best neighbour and I couldn’t have a bike that was noisy (as my complaint to him was) or even moved slightly. No problem with this item. It’s super-quiet and doesn’t move at all.
Overall, it’s an outstanding bike and well worth the money paid for it. Sure, you’ll see other bikes cheaper than this one, but check out all of the specifications and reviews.

A solid bike that can be easily and precisely adjusted in the seat and handlebars for custom comfort. Very solid frame and super quiet. Keep in mind that this is a one gear pedal that doesn’t allow you to coast (ie the pedal keeps moving while the wheel spins). Not to worry as there is a hand operated brake to deal effectively with that. For the price, this is an amazing deal.
