This is my first treadmill, and overall I’m very satisfied. Definitely easy to set up. My husband sprayed WD-40 on the threads of the 2 sets of knobs, and this made assembly very easy w/o any concern for stripping the threads. Love the compact size. The only negative is the handle bars are definitely too short for me. I’m 5’9′ and my fingertips barely touch the top. The man in the add pictures must be quite short, which was a bit misleading for me. Since I’m a senior, not having the use of the bars for stability unless I remain leaned over is a concern. My husband is going to see if he can devise something to take care of my needs in this regard.

If you are taller and need the handlebars for support, I’d choose a different product. I am 5’8” and I have to bend over to reach the handles for support. Not the widest but works for a substitute from an outdoor walk or full sized treadmill. It’s not too noisy and very functional. Has safety key that does work. Depth of cup holders is very shallow. Using the rest for a distraction while walking not ideal, too low. For the cost, it’s a temporary fix for walking during the winter months. Easy to assemble.

This is definitely much better than I anticipated. I’m 5’9″, and the track is long enough to handle a long fast stride. So far very pleased with it.

Opening the box & getting it assembled and plugged in only took 10-15 minutes. I’m 5’3 & 330 lbs and the treadmill supported me without making more noise than it did with my 240 lb partner. I have wide feet and walk with my feet further apart, but I had enough room to walk without worrying I was going to fall. It is lightweight and easy to carry / put away as needed. Given my height, the handle bar is easy to hold onto, so I can see why taller people are having an issue with it. The handle bars itself aren’t the sturdiest but not bad or unsafe, just a tad wobbly if you’re on the bigger side & need to put weight on it occasionally. The power cord is shorter than I’d prefer, so an extension cord might be necessary. Other than those two small things, I am happy with what I received for the price.

I’m 72 years old and I was able to assemble it by myself. It was pretty easy to do. Within 30 minutes after bringing it in the house, I was using it. It’s just what I wanted. Just the right size and didn’t break the bank.

This treadmill is very small overall. The handlebars are low and I am only 5’3”. Taller people will have to bend over to reach them. Picture in the advertisement is deliberately misleading showing an angle that makes it look like the handles are mid torso. In reality they are below hip level. The track is narrow and short, limiting your stride. The handlebars do not have a really solid feel-they wobble slightly. Works for what I bought it for, but it was a bit of a shock how much smaller it is than my last traditional treadmill that was ruined in the latest flood. The main plus is that it is very lightweight and easy to move around and very easy to put together out of the box. The electrical cord is only 3 ft. so need an extension cord for most places.
