As a physical therapist I have come to love the option of a vibrating high density foam roll to help address muscular and myofascial tension with sometimes less discomfort or less work than a standard form roll. I have found this to not only be a more economical option but so far has held up to daily rather significant abuse. Hold a charge well and the intensity options are fantastic. I now have one of these in my clinic and in my home. High density foam rolls are definitely not for everyone or every condition, but can be a fantastic option.

This works great. It’s as described and the vibration is really powerful. I’m glad that it has the four settings. Perfect for stretching out tight muscles as well as getting warmed up. It holds a charge for a while. I’ve had mine for about a week now, used it every day and so far have needed to charge it. Would buy again!

Just got this little gem in the mail a couple of day ago. Used it after a hard training session on the squash court and weight room as well as pre-warm up stretch before a match.

The roller is on the hard end of rollers that I own and tried. It has 4 vibration setting to suit your comfort, soft, med, pulse strong and steady strong. To be honest I didn’t know what to expect using the Vulken roller. I found that it was great to work out many of the kinks in the legs and breaking up the knots in my lower back.

As a recovery tool, I have always used a foam roller, but the addition of vibration is kinda a game changer for me. It’s super soothing for tired achy muscles and I did find that it helped to reduce soreness the following day. I don’t know if it was because I stayed on the roller extra long to take in the massage, but none the less was effective.

As a warm up tool I found the Vulken to aid in increasing circulation and movement in my legs and core area before stepping on court. I generally use the max setting and occasionally the pulsing setting as I find the first two settings not strong enough for me. It was a wonderful pre-game additional to my warm up routine.

Its super relaxing just laying on it as it is able to message very specific areas of the body which a message chair can’t.

Its a little on the pricey side for a form roller but worth it for those who are serious about recovery and maintenance of their body it’s a great little tool to have in your training arsenal.

I’ve only had this for a day, but it’s great! Really helps with my pain. For a vibration device, it’s pretty quiet. I really hope that this device lasts!

I have used the Vyper before purchasing this Vulken foam roller. Although the vibration is not as intense as the Vyper, it is still very usable and I am satisfied with it. Level 1 is very subtle, Level 2 is what I would expect from “Low”, Level 3 is nice as it goes from Low to High, Level 4 is between mid-high on a Vyper.

The density of the foam on this product is firm but has enough give in it. I am happy with the product. There are no strange sounds while it is operating and seems to be a very solid unit. Maybe for the next revision, the plastic end caps of the unit could be recessed instead of rounding out. I store the unit on its end on a hard surface – my only worry is damaging the plastic ends.

Everything’s fine apart from there’s no adapter to fit the plug inside, which in the instructions it states it’s included.

I already contact seller about missing charger but it was a mistake… when I opened the box the white-wrapped transformer fell into the sink containing dishes… did not saw it at first… everything is correct now nothing is missing and the thig is effective for my back

I love this roller. The 4 vibration settings are awesome because they really allow you to get to all the muscles and break up the fascia with out being too intense or not intense enough. The size is great, being big enough to roll my back or both legs at once. It’s not so big that it becomes awkward to maneuver or store.
The battery charges quickly and lasts for a while between charges. The foam is solid with just enough give to it.
I’ve found that this roller reduces my recovery time after long runs or intense workouts. I would totally get this as a gift for any other athlete in my life n

The media could not be loaded.

I am recovering from a major knee injury and this roller is working well to help ease my tight leg muscles. This roller has 4 different speeds, in which I liked the 1st – 3rd speed options the best. The 4th level was too intense, but may be good for someone without an injury. The roller is easy to use, feels durable, and is smaller then the Amazon roller I had used previously.

I have not tried more expensive models of a vibrating roller but it does a great job for the price point.

I really like this roller. I have bought 2 so
that I couid have one at home and one at my parents’ house which I travel to frequently. Both have worked great and I have had both for over a year with no problems other than one of the lights went out that shows what vibration level I’m on, but that isn’t a big deal to me. The feature I LOVE is that there is a 10 minute timer built in which is the perfect amount of time to get a decent stretch in. When I commit to 10 minutes per day for at least 5 days in a row, I feel a huge difference in my body. I feel more relaxed and flexible. I feel like it improves my mood a bit too because my body feels good. It has gotten me into the habit of telling everyone I talk to about fitness “get into a daily stretching routine! You’ll notice a difference!” Ive used non-vibrating rollers and spiked rollers. Those are good too, but the vibrations with a timer has helped me stick to it and I feel I get better muscle relief from the vibrations. This is one of my favorite fitness products because I actually use it!!

The roller itself is made of very rigid foam. Unlike some other rollers I have tried in the past, it does not give or squish under my body weight. I have a back problem that causes my vertebrae to jut out and it is too hard for me. in fact, when I have used it on my back, I roll very gently and not for too long, as opposed to my other roller which I can use more easily. I assume that for people with normal backs it would feel pretty good, but it’s a little too hard for a sensitive back. However, I have also been using it for my legs after running and that feels good.

The roller has 4 settings, three with consistent vibration and one that oscillates. All four of them are very powerful. If you turn the roller on without holding it, it will start to sputter around on the floor.

I’ve had this roller for two years and am furious that what could be a simple fix when it stopped working has been months of trying to track down a solution for. Roller was a solid 4 start purchase but then it just stopped working and wouldn’t charge. Like most electronics after a while the batteries just give out, this is my assumption of what happened here. We tried looking online and contacting customer service to get information on replacing the battery and got no response. Paying this price for something to last only two years and then have to toss it into the landfill is inexcusable, and would be regardless of the price but I do expect more longevity from higher priced items. It would not be that complicated to just make it so that you can buy and replace the batteries. I have zero tolerance for companies that force excessive waste onto the consumer requiring them to rebuy a whole item every few years. Poor business ethics that I will not support. This is not the only Vulken item I’ve owned and unfortunately they’ve lost what would otherwise have been a customer for life. If you’re the type of person that doesn’t give a rats ass about the environmental impact of your decisions and is happy to shell out around $100 every two years on the same item then definitely go ahead and buy this, it is perfect for you.

I borrowed a friend’s vibrating roller after having a knee replacement because rehab is a lengthy process and the tendons at the back of my leg were tight and unhappy. Boy does vibration loosen the tight places! This one is a different brand for half the price of the one I borrowed but I have gotten my money’s worth. It charges quickly and lasts long. 4 different settings make it versatile. You can use just the rolling part without vibration for loosening quads or hamstrings. My PT says vibration increases blood flow to the area where applied. I’ve been super happy to have it in my rehab toolbox.
