Decepcionado por las críticas favorables de muchos productos, tengo que decir que este banco ha sido una grata sorpresa. Es muy sólido y estable, y está muy bien acabado…bien pintado, buenas soldaduras, todas las tuercas y tornillos con sus arandelas donde deben tenerlas, muy buen y cómodo tapizado. Lo llevo usando a diario un par de semanas y estoy muy contento con él. Y creo que, por su calidad y acabados, en realidad es un banco profesional que podría estar en cualquier buen gimnasio.

You can tell this bench was manufactured with attention to detail. Not only is the stitching good quality, the seat surface material is heavy duty, not like those cheap thin vinyl ones that wrinkles when you seat on it, the cushions are thick yet comfortable, and the entire bench is sturdy, there’s zero wobble to it even with the seatback in the full flat position. Speaking of the seat back, it’s wide enough to accommodate us big fellas. Lengthwise, the bench should fit guys over 6 ft tall (although I’m not taller than that, but it looks like it should). Assembly was a breeze, just have to attach five screws, that’s it. The tools they give you, including the screws, are all heavy duty. The package with the screws even has a ruler on it (because two screws are longer than the other three, as if you couldn’t tell by looking at them, but like I said, good attention to detail by the manufacturer). The notches where the seatback rests on the different positions are curved out of the base, so they won’t snap under a lot of weight — if you’re heavy-lifting do not buy a bench that has the adjustment notches welded onto the base, that’s just an accident waiting to happen, the welding might give in and the notches will snap. I also like that it has wheels on one end, it’s lightweight enough to move around. The only thing I wish they had added to this bench is a padded foot rest to add resistance when laying flat with weights, but I saw someone devised a clever workaround on another review, which is simple enough and I’m going to try it (basically, attaching a padded foot rest where the curve of the handle is under the front seat. Overall, this is great value for money and was definitely made for heavy lifting. It looks like it should last a long time.

This bench is perfect for me. I’m 5’3″ and I can move the bench around easily on the provided wheels. I can lie down flat on the bench comfortably – the gap between the seat and back does not bother me at all. The padding is terrific.
I am most impressed by the top notch customer service. The unit arrived with one damaged rubber foot. It wasn’t the manufacturer’s fault – the box must have been dropped somewhere during transit. The packing material around the weight bench is very good, the cardboard was damaged as if it were dropped. Within 24 hours, I received a reply to my email and a replacement for the damaged part was quickly sent to me.

I had some very specific needs for an adjustable weight bench in my small workout area. First, it needed to have as small of a footprint as possible but still be functional. Second, I needed the back and seat to be adjustable. Third, I needed it to be sturdy. This sucker checks all three boxes and then some! The 3 point legs (1 pole leg in the front and a flat bar in the back) make for a very stable base without taking up much width. Many of these benches are as wide as 26-27 inches at the back leg. This is barely 18 inches. The rectangular frame is exceptionally bulky and strong, especially in this price class. I’m 6’1” and 240 lbs and it doesn’t even come close to wobbling. It honestly feels and operates like a slightly smaller commercial gym bench. It really is that good.
Assembly is a breeze and took less than 10 minutes. There’s a total of 5 bolts (1 for the main frame and 2 each for the legs) and it comes with a full size crescent wrench and allen wrench.
I’ve had top tier home gym bealnches like Titan and CAP that cost 2-3 times more than this and they’re not any better than this one. If you need a quality adjustable bench for home use, look no further. This is by far the best one in this price range and well above.

I looked up many similar items and at the end I chose this one and hoped it will be meeting my expectations in usability, quality and durability. After using it for about a week I am happy to say that it does meet or even exceed my original expectations. I did sacrifice some my requirement in functionalities so I can find a great built item within the price range. I feel great that my strategy worked and this one is indeed a high quality product for a starter like my self. It supports my daily exercises so I dont have to go to a gym but rather in my family room where I can be accompanied by background music or even watching news at the same time. Great material for the framework. There might be a little bit concern about how long the cushion pad will last but for this price it is absolutely reasonable. Overall I am very happy to this purchase decision. It motivates me everyday in the morning for a quick daily routine without much additional effort such as driving or walking to somewhere.

This weight bench is very sturdy, easy to move around and is easily adjustable. I wasn’t sure about ordering a weight bench without seeing it first but took a chance with this one based on the reviews. My husband is extremely happy with his early Christmas gift and started using it right away. Also, it was well packed and easy to put together although the instructions were making and had some language translation errors that made them hard to understand. The pictures included with the instructions were enough to get the bench assembled.

Delivered with real tools to assemble the bench in the blink of an eye. Sturdy, robust, inviting to work out. My previous bench collapsed 2 times when I was lifting 2 dumbbells from 22 kg each and my upper body was a tad too far on the bench. Bump on my head, one costly adjustable dumbbell ruined.
This bench doesn’t budge no matter where I put my torso or head. Should have bought it years ago but I’m very happy I finally did. Great value for money.

Simple but excellent. This bench comes nearly assembled. It’s very easy to put together with clear instructions and packing. The bench feels like something you’d find at a gym or hotel. I like the fact that you can incline/decline the bench but also incline the seat. Great value!
