Being a smaller person, this bench is great for me because I can pick it up and adjust it without having to ask my husband for help. It’s light but also sturdy. I lift to failure, and I feel very secure using this bench. I also like how easily I can adjust it because I do a lot of super sets with minimal rest in between. It doesn’t fold up completely flat, but it does fold up so that it slides in a tight space between the wall and a table. I have used this for a couple of months, and I have noticed that the “leather” on the seat looks a bit pulled, but nothing is torn. I will update if the seat doesn’t hold up.

I’ve had this for about a year, and it’s adjusts and stays clipped correctly to the adjustment. It’s very sturdy, and has not torn under a lot of weight drops. It does not take up too much space, and the color and design fit my red and black rack.

Easy setup instructions, sturdy material, ease of use. Purchased it so I could work out on the days I can’t make it to the gym.

If you need a simple bench to use at home that allows for multiple back angles and the ability to fold in half for easy storage, this is the one. Best value I found. Solid, no concerns with capacity (I weight 200 lbs). It’s compact and functional.

Set up was easy, although the allen wrench was dinged up and didn’t fit the screws. I have a few sets so I used my own but then again its cheap allen and wrench so that is to be expected. The set up was easy, everything lined up nicely enough.
The bench itself is pretty good, its firm enough and stable enough for me (170lbs) and doesn’t rock much. Good enough for a couple plate bench press and the decline function with the little shin pads is good enough for decline work which is something I have been missing. For the cost, its as good as ones twice as much.

I bought this for the decline bench press. It’s too narrow for your legs on the top. I’m a little guy and I don’t know how a bigger person with larger legs could use the decline. It sturdy and it sound probably last a long time. It is also nice that it folds up.

The price point as well as mobility and angles made this a worth while purchase. As long as the construction which does have a bit of wiggle holds for more than a year it’s an absolute win. I’m 5’11” so the only drawback is the lower leg anchors, maybe an inch higher.
Recommend at price point, weight capacity and regular use.

I wanted a small, lightweight bench for home use that can easily be folded and stored out of the way. My house is small and my living room doubles as my exercise room — so portability is important. This bench meets my needs exactly! Fully assembled, it weighs about 18lb. The tools included with the kit were good quality, and the written instructions were & illustrations were very clear. I’ve tried it out for several different exercises in different positions (flat, inclined) – and the bench is stable and comfortable. In the flat position, the bench is 17″ high, and pad is 42″ long and 11″wide. (I measured because the weight and dimensions were unclear to me in the product description)
I would not consider this a heavy-duty workout bench — and I wouldn’t expect that from a portable bench like this.
Just a quick assembly tip — based on some statements in the product reviews — be sure to fully tighten the nuts to the bolts so they are fully seated. It is necessary to use the supplied hex and crescent wrenches as shown in the product video. The bench is very stable when properly assembled.
It’s also important to properly seat the locking pins (these are the pins with rings on one end that can be removed to fold up the bench for storage). They serve an important function for the bench’s stability – so they should be pressed completely through holes in the metal at the two junctions between the legs and the seat. They are easy to remove and replace for storage, but do require a firm pull or push because they are designed to click in place once inserted.
