This works wonderfully for my home gym inside my NYC apartment. It folds out of the way easily and is lightweight enough to assemble in just minutes. It’s also very sturdy. I have stepped on it and it doesn’t topple. Well worth the price.

Easy assembly, well made, and not too big. I use ressitance bands, needed this and got a great price. This is perfect for my apartment. I would recomend this to not break the bank.

Just put this together yesterday- assembly was quick and easy. I was expecting a bigger bench due to reviews from men over 6’ over 200lbs, but it is much smaller than our last bench. I like that it has more options for incline levels than the old bench. This bench will be okay for me at 5’1” and 120, but it’s not going to work for my husband.

Been using this bench for several months now. Almost every other day. Used it from 340lbs to 320lbs now, and it’s held up, it’s pretty sturdy (not 100%) it does creak and wobble just a little, but I may need to tighten something.

It’s cheap but it folds nice and is easy to assemble. I like the pin in the middle to collapse it. Quite sturdy but sometimes it walks a bit if you get on and off of it, nothing that risks safety though. Holds my weight and is pretty comfortable.
I feel like it was made for a shorter person – the ankle catches have my butt past the seat when I’m doing sit ups and leg lifts but the bench is flat or angled down so it doesn’t really affect my workouts.
Adjustment is very easy and there are ample angles.
Upholstery is difficult to wipe sweat off of. Keep a good cloth around.
Good value for the money. Note: I hate the branding. Such a weird name to have on a bench.

Despite the somewhat silly and typically Chinese into English “NICEPEOPLE” product name this is a pretty good budget priced incline weight bench. It is compact. It could easily be 10-20% bigger in all dimensions. But that makes it a good choice for space challenged apartments and workout spaces. The bench padding is very firm but not uncomfortable. It’s a good choice for women and for men six feet or less. Rated at 600 lbs it’s obviously for average human workout ambitions not Olympic training. As usual with many Chinese fitness products on Amazon there are a few Photoshop games played with human model size relative to product size, to imply the bench is bigger than it is, and they are calling the vinyl covering of the bench “leather”, which it is not of course. At $60 (the price at time of my order, including free Prime shipping), it’s a good value.

The bench is strong and stable. I have been using it for 1 year, no issues. It helps me with all my bench and shoulder presses. Totally recommend this bench, it’s a great product at a great price.

UPDATE:
After posting my review, the company reached out to make the situation right. Which is better than never, I suppose. I’ve added two stars to the review to account for that.
The bench seems fine, considering what I paid. As others have mentioned, it is not the most sturdy—though I have done step ups onto it and didn’t tip it over. It seems overall small, but I’m 5’4” and shrinking, so it’s fine. It is a bit awkward to fold and unfold every day, but it’s not complicated. The back adjustment is very easy—but as I saw in another review, it would be better if there was a way to “lock” it in position. The cushion feels like I’d expect for this low price—like it will crack and tear without much pressure, so I plan to be careful with it.
What really annoys me, however, is the lack of response from their customer service email when I wrote to ask for the “free training guide” as directed in one of the product images. It’s not the reason I bought the bench, but it really says a lot about a product when there is zero-zilch-nada response from their support team. I guess if your bench has no issues and you never have questions or needs, it’s a fine scenario. But what if you are missing a lock pin, or one breaks? Next time, I’ll probably look at customer support references in the reviews.
TL;DR: If you’re trying to decide which bench to get, unless you’re really strapped for cash, I’d keep looking.
